October’s Letter to the Editor

stock-illustration-7116447-binary-jack-o-lanternHappy Halloween MTI followers! In IT land, we’re not necessarily afraid of the ghosts, witches, and goblins knocking on our doors—we’re more afraid of the massive computer issues we run into! Unhappy customers are worse than bloody vampires in our office. And that’s why, whatever the issue may be, we offer our support 24/7/365. Whether it’s minor problems—like a scanner malfunction or a paper jam in the printer—or major problems—like crashing servers or failing backups, we take all IT support requests seriously. The IT version of Halloween happens every day, and we’re here to make it a little less scary.

Halloween is also that time of year when all the regular days are passed, and we make way for the holiday ventures to come. And with all the new upgrades (for both hardware and software) sprouting about, we are more excited than ever to assist our customers in purchasing, handling, and supporting all the latest gadgets and gizmos to keep them up to speed and enjoy them over the upcoming holiday season.

We may not be very useful in protecting your home form the tiny monsters and zombies that will soon come demanding candy, but we can protect you from the scary ghosts living in your computer. Viruses can come knocking on your door just like trick or treaters, so be prepared this Halloween, and keep us in mind for all of your IT needs. Happy Halloween!
